Vuetify integration

VJSF integrates closely with Vuetify to provide rich features.

These features are tied to implementation details and small breaking changes may occur even in minor versions.

Many things are not covered yet, feel free to discuss additions in github issues.

It is possible to specify directly some props and slots for some of the Vuetify components that closely match a node in the layout.

VJSF extends the Vuetify defaults provider system with its own components. This lets you define fine-grained defaults for each component type.
